Our First Box offer allows you to experience our photo scanning service risk-free. We'll pick up one standard-sized box of your photos, scan them, and return them to you along with digital copies. If you're happy with the results, you can continue with our paid service. If not, the trial scans are free.
How many photos can I include in my First Box?
No limit, grab any box you want to try out
What types of photos do you scan?
We can scan most standard-sized photos (up to 8.5x11 inches). We handle loose photos, photos in albums (with some limitations), and various photo formats. If you have any concerns about specific photo types, please contact us.
How long will it take to get my photos back?
Our standard turnaround time for the Trial Box is one week.
What happens to my original photos?
Your original photos are handled with the utmost care and returned to you in the same condition but organized in our streamlined organization system so you can find any photo in less than 10 seconds.
Is there any cost for the First Box offer?
You only pay if you are 100% satisfied and happy with the digital scans and photo organization.

Can you create multiple backups?
